1. Click on link, and save it to your desktop.
2. Open it, and tab in between fields to fill in the form as neccesary
3. Click "save as" and give it a name (example "Way of the Master July 07")
4. You may print the form to give, or email it to your quadrant leader or ministry leader for approval.
